Hello, My name is Elena, I am a 23 year old home based nail tech located in Westminster Colorado. I have been doing nails for a little over 3 years now. I love being able to build a friendship with my clients and have them leave my studio feeling beautiful Here are a few things you should know about my business as well as my policy •there is a $20 deposit required for all appointments. It does go towards your total and the remaining amount is due at your appointment •I have a 10 minute grace period to be late to your appointment. After 10 mins there is a late fee and after 15 mins your appointment will be canceled/reschedueld •please let me know 24 hours before your appointment if you cannot make it! Last minute cancellations and no call no shows will be subject to paying 50% of the total cost of the service •I ask that you please do not bring any kids (10 yrs and younger), I am working with chemicals and I do have breakable/ valuable things in my nail room • I do not work on other nail techs work. If you have a set on from another nail tech/ salon we will need to soak off your set. If you come with nails on and do not book for a soak off we will need to reschedule your appointment as there is a possibility there is another client after your appointment • you have 24 hours to tell me if you do not like anything about your nails or if you need them fixed with no charge. After those 24 hours there will be a small charge to change anything AT NO POINT IN TIME WILL ANY MONEY BE REFUNDED TO YOU *Policy still applies even if failed to read*Business Hours
